Refund policy

At GURIA, we want your little ones to look and feel their absolute best. If the fit isn't quite right or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!

7-Day Exchange & Return Policy You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange for a different size.

Eligibility Conditions: To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be in the exact same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn and unwashed.
  • All original tags and labels must still be attached.
  • Must be in its original packaging.
  • Note: Items bought on clearance or flash sales are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Initiate an Exchange/Return:

  1. Reach out to us on WhatsApp at [03116243255] or email us at [guria.online.pk@gmail.com] within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Please share your Order Number and a picture of the item.

  3. Our team will guide you on how to send the parcel back to our facility.

Shipping Charges:

  • If you are exchanging for a different size, the customer is responsible for courier charges to send the item back to us.

  • If the item received was damaged, defective, or the wrong product was sent by mistake, GURIA will cover all return shipping costs.

Refunds (For Cash on Delivery Orders): Since the majority of our orders are Cash on Delivery (COD), we cannot refund cash back directly through the courier. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be transferred via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 3 to 5 business days.
